Nagoya Higashi, Kariya | Week 4 T.8 :: Conversion through Christ

Too much to write about, not enough time...so here I go!

Last moday night a good friend of mine I havent been able to see or talk to for a while reached out to me and I feel it is a big miracle. I feel so thankful and am excited to help her. Tuesday was splits again, I went with my awesome Sister Traning Leader Jones Shimai. Got some good training (shes amazing) but mostly it was just a funny day hahaha. Long story short we ate at a not so good Italian restauarant and got pulled over by the cops on our way biking home. They thought we were suspicious for "riding up and down the street" lol. Oops, ya got me for giving out salvation free to everyone. Thursday was an amazing Christmas concert we put on as a mission! My favorite was the pentatonix accapella version of "Mary did you know?' so good. Firday was zone conference, I learned how to be better at planning so Jolley Shimai and I immediately applied what we learned and saw so many miracles that followed! Also I love my Mission President and his wife so much. I'm always so inspired! I san! After 4 weeks (this whole transfer) of not being able to see him or barely hear from him, he came to church! He now has a baptismal date for the 22nd :D Little spiritual thought; the Book of Mormon converts people through teaching them of Christ. Last night randomly while I was housing I realized this and felt so emotional, I was randomly reminded of my friend back in Fujieda (yamaguchi san) How we found her on the street and she progressed from an unhappy woman with no image of God to someone who beleived in Jesus Christ through reading 3 Nephi 17 together...she now has a baptismal date for the 5th next month! <3 ok thats all I got time for, go light the world :D
